Since being founded in 1971, Kwik Fit has become one of the largest and most trusted tyre retailers and automotive service chains in the UK. We have over 600 centres nationwide, making us quite the high-street local and something of a household name when it comes to tyres.
Who are Kwik Fit?
Kwik Fit stands as a collection of highly-trained experts and individuals who are passionate about vehicle care and performance — from tyre maintenance and tyre repair to MOT and vehicle servicing, we can do it all.

Who owns Kwik Fit?
Since Kwik Fit was founded by Sir Tom Farmer back in 1971, it has only changed hands a few times. Most recently, Kwik Fit — part of Kwik Fit (GB) Limited was acquired by ITOCHU Corporation who also operate Stapletons (Tyre Services) Ltd, the UK’s largest tyre wholesaler.

We are among the UK’s leading organisations when it comes to the selling, repair, replacement, and maintenance of tyres for all vehicles — including 4X4 tyres, van tyres, and, now even electric vehicle tyres.
With a focus on accessibility, we guarantee a comprehensive online booking service, prioritising convenience and comfort for our customers. This is especially the case when it comes to MOTs. That’s why we’ve made it our mission to take the stress out of booking an MOT and service, thanks to our MOT Reminder Service and information pages.

We accept a variety of payment methods at our centres, but if you’re looking to pay cash, it is best that you call your local centre ahead of time to check whether they accept it. With free Wifi, comfortable waiting areas, central locations, and ample parking, bringing your car to the garage for repairs has never been more convenient than with Kwik Fit. And the best part?
