By submitting your details and entering the Prize Draw, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

  1. The Kwik Fit BTCC Win an iPad Prize Draw is organised by Kwik-Fit (GB) Limited (Company No 01009184) whose registered office is at ETEL House, Avenue One, Letchworth Garden City, Hertfordshire, SG6 2HU (the “Promoter”).
  2. This Prize Draw is open to attendees of the 2020 Autosport International show aged 18 or over, but is not open to employees of the Promoter and their families or anyone else professionally associated with this Prize Draw.
  3. Participants must submit their entries using the tablets on the Kwik Fit stand at the show or online at www.kwik-fit.com/autosport
  4. Participants have a chance of winning the following prize: An Apple iPad, 6th gen, 9.7” 32GB Wifi model & 4 x general admission tickets to a BTCC race weekend of the winner’s choice during the 2020 Kwik Fit British Touring Car Championship season. Prizes are non-returnable and cannot be exchanged. The winner is responsible for any additional expenses, including travel and all incidentals, which are not listed as part of the prize package detailed above.
  5. One winner will be drawn on 17/01/2020 at random from all entries received during the Autosport International Show; the winner will be selected by a computer process that produces verifiably random results.
  6. The winner will be notified using the contact details provided in the entry form within 3 days from the draw taking place.
  7. One entry per person. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any Participant drawn as a winner and to select an alternative winner at random where the Participant fails to comply with any provisions of these Terms.
  8. In order to enter this prize draw you agree to provide certain personal information including your name, email address and vehicle registration.
  9. The Prize Draw winner gives consent and agrees to take part in publicity for the promotion, as reasonably requested by the Promoter, including the prize winner being announced on the Kwik Fit Facebook page.
  10. The decision of the Promoter is final and binding in relation to all matters relating to this Prize Draw and may not be subject to any discussions or correspondence.
  11. These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with English Law and any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
