The team at Fettle are experts in bike maintenance and can carry out a range of bike repairs depending on your issue. Fettle offers different tiers of bike servicing to suit your needs and wallet, from the bicycle MOT which provides a regular bike safety check to a full strip down so your bike rides like new. 

The bike repair process

Whatever your bike needs, you can simply book through Fettle's online booking system - arranging drop-off directly to a Fettle bike repair centre or even home/office collection in our pick up zones within London's M25, Bath, Bristol, Cambridge. Chester, Norwich and Sheffield.

For insurance purposes, the Fettle mechanics can conduct damage assessments to give an accurate evaluation of cost. You will receive a report with all the information your insurer will need to file a claim.

Bike assembly

If you've just bought a new bike and want the peace of mind of having it assembled by an expert, you can arrange for one of the Fettle mechanics to build it and ensure it is set up correctly for you.

Our bike repair locations

Our very first bike repair centre within an existing Kwik Fit centre was opened close to the heart of Bristol. More recently we've opened our doors in Bath, Cambridge, Chester, Norwich and Sheffield as well as six new locations across North and South London in addition to the existing three Fettle locations also in the capital. All our locations offer bike repairs, maintenance and even a bicycle MOT for both traditional mechanical bikes and e-bikes too.

We know getting your bike to us can be a hassle, especially if you are in need of a bike repair. That's why Fettle are offering a bike collection and return service in selected areas where we offer bike repairs and servicing. That's right, your bike will be collected from your doorstep, fixed and then returned, all within 72 hours. You'll even get an e-quote to approve before any work starts, so there's no nasty surprises.
